Author Guidelines

Diwan Al-Ma'rifah Journal for Applied and Human Sciences welcomes original research papers, review articles, and academic studies in the fields of applied sciences, human sciences, social sciences, education, humanities, economics, administration, law, and related disciplines.

Authors are requested to follow the guidelines below when submitting manuscripts:

  1. Originality
    The submitted manuscript must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal or publisher.
  2. Language
    Manuscripts may be submitted in Arabic or English. The language must be clear, academic, and free from linguistic and typographical errors.
  3. Manuscript Structure
    The manuscript should generally include:
    • Title of the paper
    • Author name(s) and affiliation(s)
    • Abstract
    • Keywords
    • Introduction
    • Literature review or theoretical background, where applicable
    • Methodology
    • Results and discussion
    • Conclusion
    • References
  4. Abstract and Keywords
    The abstract should clearly summarize the aim, methodology, main findings, and conclusions of the study. Authors should provide appropriate keywords that reflect the content of the manuscript.
  5. Formatting
    Manuscripts should be prepared in a clear and organized format. Tables, figures, and charts must be numbered, titled, and referred to in the text.
  6. Citation and References
    Authors must follow a recognized academic referencing style, preferably APA style, unless otherwise specified by the journal. All sources cited in the text must appear in the reference list, and all references listed must be cited in the manuscript.
  7. Research Ethics
    Authors must comply with academic integrity and publication ethics. Plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate submission, or any form of unethical research practice is not accepted.
  8. Author Responsibility
    Authors are fully responsible for the scientific content, accuracy of data, language, citations, and opinions expressed in their manuscripts.
  9. Peer Review
    All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial editorial screening and peer review. The journal reserves the right to accept, request revisions, or reject submissions based on academic and editorial standards.
  10. Submission
    Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s online submission system. Authors must ensure that all required information and files are provided during submission.
