Article Processing Charges (APCs)

To support open-access publishing and cover the costs of editorial processing, peer-review management, production, and digital publication, Diwan Al-Ma'rifah Journal for Applied and Human Sciences applies the following article processing charges:

Manuscripts Written in English

The journal offers free publication for high-quality manuscripts written in English. No Article Processing Charge is applied.

Manuscripts Written in Arabic

The following publication fees apply:

  • Libyan authors: 500 Libyan dinars (LYD).
  • International authors: 80 US dollars (USD).

Payment of the publication fee does not guarantee acceptance. All submitted manuscripts are evaluated according to the journal’s editorial standards and peer-review policy. Fees are requested only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.

What the Publication Fee Covers

The publication fee contributes to:

  • Management of the editorial and peer-review process.
  • Language and spelling proofreading.
  • Manuscript formatting and production.
  • Indexing and metadata registration.
  • Long-term digital preservation and archiving.
  • Open-access publication under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Payment Methods

  • Libyan authors: Bank transfer in Libyan dinars.
  • International authors: PayPal, Western Union, or another approved payment method in US dollars.

Payment instructions will be provided to the corresponding author after the manuscript has been accepted.

The journal does not charge submission or peer-review fees. Authors should not make any payment before receiving an official acceptance notice and payment instructions from the journal.
